80s tulle, ruffles and lace.. oh my! Love this mixed media party dress and all of it''s whimsical layers. Features dainty spaghetti straps, ruched empire satin cummerbund waist with fixed tie and a fluffy layered skit that comes up higher on the sides. Ruffly floral lace overlays contrasting tulle plus some added ruffled tulle brings interest to the bodice. Fully lined. Back zipper closure.

C O N D I T I O N
Very good condition with minor flaws. The edges of the netting are a little frayed, one part is jagged. There is a dark mark on one of the sash ties and it looks like the straps may have been taken up. All shown in photos
