Vintage Mink Fur Coat, needs repairs bullocks Wilshire

Fur coat was passed down to me, it is in relatively nice condition besides two tears in the seams. Had Been stored in a dust bag so it is not dusty or has any smell to it. There are two, 6 inch rips in the seam in two place, as I am not a professional seamstress I do not know how to repair it. Left shoulder and right back under the arm, see photos. Coat is fully lined with pockets. Scalloped bottom edge. Small clasp hook in the middle front to secure closed . Wrists are cut in smaller than the arms. Bullocks Wilshire brand. My grandmothers name is sewn into the left side, as personalizing expensive clothing items was very popular, adds to the character of the coat. This is real fur.
Due to the repairs needed, the cost had been reduced. Women’s size 14/16 in todays standard. There is no sizing tag But XL or 14/16 is the best reference.
Top to bottom length is 33”
Side to side (underarm to underarm) 22”
