The 10 ounce individual casseroles, aka "Pixies", were not stamped with the MMG.
The name of the restaurant for which this pattern was designed is unknown, although rumors circulate.
This is part of the Tableware collection of which five items were made (Pixies, bread and butter plates, bowls, oval platter and a larger bread and butter plate)
